  14. This is a license agreement between you and Data Express, Inc. for use of 
  15. the Nature Graphics Volume I CD ROM disc. This license is not transferable.  
  16. Data Express, Inc. reserves the right to terminate this license if there 
  17. is a violation of its terms.  Use of this disc constitutes acceptance of 
  18. the terms of this agreement.

  20. Permitted Use
  21. -------------
  22. You may use this disc on a single computer or on a computer that is 
  23. accessed through a local area network. You may use and distribute any 
  24. image on this disc as a secondary part of a computer based multimedia 
  25. application, provided that distribution of said application does not
  26. result in more than 250 images being distributed. You may use the disc 
  27. and its images on a computer bulletin board system.

  29. Prohibited Use

  31. You shall not rent, lease, or sublicense the disc without the expressed
  32. written consent of Data Express, Inc. You shall not distribute the images, 
  33. in either original or converted form, as part of another image collection.
  34. You shall not use the images on this disc as part of any BBS's menu or 
  35. graphical display system.
